Our FAQs
The only costs associated with onboarding your property is professional photography, and evacuation diagrams and fire compliance (NSW only). We can discuss these costs and we guarantee they will be the lowest prices on the market as Cosy Stays will usually absorb some of the costs involved.
We don’t lock you in to any terms, but do require a notice period to complete pending reservations . As cancelling guests reservations is not possible and incurs penalties from platforms such as airbnb etc.
